As a registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor my treatment approach is holistic and educational. I believe in using a comprehensive application of therapy modalities and techniques to reach clients’ goals with education and awareness. I combine both massage and yoga to create a holistic treatment. My techniques are focused on myofascial and active soft tissue release, muscle energy, trigger point holds, stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques. “The key to my success is your inspired health and well being.”
